All orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders take 1-3 business days to process after order confirmation. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped. Please note: it may take up to 48 hours for tracking status to be updated on the USPS website. Allow 2-7 business days to receive your order after it has been processed.
*New arrivals, holiday season, and major sales are subject to longer processing time due to high volume. Please allow up to five business days for orders to be processed during these peak times.
We are only able to ship to the address indicated at checkout. Shipping address are exported from one database to another, please ensure that the address you enter is correct upon receiving order confirmation email. If an address error is made, please email us within 5 hours of confirmation email. Once orders are processed for shipment, no changes can be made.
