Shipping & Return Policy

Joibilee Order Information

All orders are typically fulfilled Monday through Friday, and excludes weekends and holidays. Orders may take between to 7 to 10 business days to process after order is received depending on the order size and complexity. Sometimes an order can be fulfilled in less time, but since our popcorn is made-to-order, it is best to order well ahead of special events to ensure your favorite flavors are delivered in time!

Joibilee Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped Monday through Saturday via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise notified. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped.  Please note: it may take up to 48 hours for tracking status to be updated via website.  Allow 2-5 business days to receive your order after initial shipping information is received.  

*Online orders received during Summer/Winter Market seasons or holiday season are subject to longer processing times. Please allow between 3-5 additional business days for orders to be processed during these peak times.* 

We are only able to ship to the address indicated at checkout.  Shipping address are exported from one database to another, please ensure that the address you enter is correct upon receiving order confirmation email.  If an address error is made, please email us within 24 hours of confirmation email.  Once orders are processed for shipment, no changes can be made to the shipping options .

Joibilee Return Policy

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any returns. However, we want all of our customers to be 100% in love with our treats. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to fix it.
