Shipping Information

All orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.  Orders may take up to 7 business days to process after order confirmation.  All orders are shipped Wednesday and Saturday via USPS Priority Mail. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped.  Please note: it may take up to 48 hours for tracking status to be updated on the USPS website.  Allow 2-7 business days to receive your order after shipping information is received.  

*Farmer's Market season, Holiday season and major sales are subject to longer processing time due to high volume. Please allow up to five additional business days for orders to be processed during these peak times.* 

We are only able to ship to the address indicated at checkout.  Shipping address are exported from one database to another, please ensure that the address you enter is correct upon receiving order confirmation email.  If an address error is made, please email us within 24 hours of confirmation email.  Once orders are processed for shipment, no changes can be made.

Return Policy

All sales are FINAL. No Refunds or Exchanges.  No exceptions can be made. For problems or concerns with order, you must email us at joibilee@joibilee.com within 3 days of delivery.
